Terms

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 23, 2026. These terms apply to booking and receiving services at 10am Beauty Studio (operated by Noem Co. LLC) and to using this website.

Services

10am Beauty Studio provides permanent makeup services — brows, lips, and lash line enhancement — by appointment at 930 West Coast Hwy, Suite 9, Newport Beach, CA 92663. Services are for adults 18 and older. Results vary by skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare, and cannot be guaranteed.

Booking, deposits, and cancellations

Appointments are booked through our online booking page. A $99 deposit is required to hold most appointments and is applied toward your final fee. Please see the booking policy on the booking page for the current rescheduling and cancellation rules, including the 48-hour notice requirement.

Prices and payment

Listed prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment. We accept major cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Gift cards never expire and are non-refundable.

Health and consent

Before a procedure you complete a consent form and a short health screening. Please answer honestly — certain conditions, medications, and skin states may make a service unsafe or unsuitable, and we may decline or reschedule a procedure on professional grounds. We do not provide medical advice.

Photos

We photograph treatment areas before and after your procedure for your client record. Photos are used publicly (website, social media, portfolio) only with your signed photo release.

SMS Terms — 10am Beauty Studio appointment messages

By entering your mobile number when booking an appointment on our website and consenting to appointment messages, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from 10am Beauty Studio (operated by Noem Co. LLC) about your appointments. Messages may include booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, a link to sign your consent form before your visit, aftercare reminders, and touch-up reminders. Message frequency varies with your appointments.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or contact us at hi@10ambeautystudio.com or (323) 515-1777. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is not shared with third parties for their own marketing, and your number is never sold. For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
