Privacy

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026. This page explains what information 10am Beauty Studio (operated by Noem Co. LLC) collects, why, and how it is protected.

What we collect

Booking and contact details — your name, email, and phone number when you book a consultation or appointment, or message us by text, email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.

Consent and health-screening information — before a procedure you complete a consent form and a short health screening. This can include your date of birth, address, relevant health history, and your signature. We collect it to perform your treatment safely and to meet Orange County health-permit record requirements.

Photos — we photograph treatment areas before and after your procedure for your client record. Photos are used publicly (website, social media, portfolio) only with your signed photo release.

Payment information — payments and deposits are processed by Stripe; gift cards by GiftUp; financing applications by Cherry. Your card details go directly to those processors — we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

  • To book, confirm, remind you about, and provide your appointments and aftercare follow-ups
  • To keep the procedure records our health permit requires
  • To respond when you contact us
  • Occasionally, to ask for a review after your appointment — you can opt out any time

We do not sell your personal information. With your cookie consent, we use Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform (see Cookies below).

Who it is shared with

Only the service providers needed to run the studio: Cal.com (booking), Stripe (payments), GiftUp (gift cards), Cherry (financing, if you apply), Meta (Pixel advertising measurement, only when you accept cookies), and Cloudflare (website hosting and our private client-record storage). Health and consent records are stored in a private, access-controlled system and are never shared for marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or a health authority.

Cookies

We use Meta Pixel, an advertising tracker from Meta, to measure how our ads perform — but it loads only after you accept cookies in the banner at the bottom of the page. If you decline, the Pixel never loads and no advertising tracking runs. When it does load, Meta may collect page visits and device and browser information as described in Meta's Privacy Policy. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie preferences link in the footer. Embedded services we use for booking, gift cards, and financing may set their own cookies when you interact with them; those are governed by their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Consent and procedure records are kept for at least the period our health-permit and record-keeping rules require, then deleted or anonymized. Booking contact details are kept while you are a client and for a reasonable period after.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request a correction or deletion, by emailing hi@10ambeautystudio.com. Some procedure records must be retained by law even after a deletion request — if that applies, we will tell you. California residents have the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
