Permanent makeup services — such as powder brows, combo brows, nano hairstroke brows, lip blush, and lip color correction — involve inserting pigment into the upper layer of the skin, which is a form of tattooing. While these services are generally effective, no guarantee can be made that any individual will achieve a specific or perfect result.定妆服务——包括雾眉、综合眉、Nano 纳米眉、少女唇及乌唇改色——是将色素植入皮肤表层，属纹刺工艺的一种。此类服务通常效果良好，但无法保证每位客人都能达到特定或完美效果。

All instruments and materials that contact skin or bodily fluids are single-use and disposed of after each client, following strict cross-contamination and sanitation guidelines.所有接触皮肤或体液的器械与耗材均为一次性，用后即弃，并严格遵守交叉感染防控与消毒规范。

A touch-up is a normal part of the process and may be needed after healing. Initially the color may look darker or bolder than expected; within about 7 days it softens and fades roughly 40–50% to a more natural tone. Because the pigment is semi-permanent, it fades over time and may require a touch-up within 1–2 years.补色是流程的正常环节，愈合后可能需要。初期颜色可能偏深或偏浓；约7天后会变柔和并淡化约40–50%，趋于自然。因色素属半永久性，会随时间淡化，通常在1–2年内需要补色。

• Pain: usually minimal with numbing cream; those with high lidocaine tolerance may feel more.疼痛：使用麻膏后通常轻微；对利多卡因耐受较高者可能感觉更明显。
• Infection: rare; keep the area clean and follow aftercare instructions.感染：较少见；须保持清洁并遵守术后护理。
• Asymmetry: naturally asymmetrical features may need refining at the follow-up session.不对称：面部本身不对称者可能需在补色时调整。
• Swelling or bruising: usually subsides within 1–5 days.肿胀或淤青：通常1–5天内消退。
• Uneven pigmentation: may result from healing, infection, or bleeding; usually corrected at the follow-up.上色不均：可能因愈合、感染或出血导致，通常可在补色时修正。
• Allergic reaction: possible to pigments or materials; a patch test can be done over 5–7 days.过敏反应：可能对色素或耗材过敏；可于5–7天内做斑贴测试。

• Anesthesia: topical numbing may contain Lidocaine, Prilocaine, Benzocaine, Tetracaine, or Epinephrine — tell your artist if you are allergic.麻醉：外用麻醉可能含利多卡因、丙胺卡因、苯佐卡因、丁卡因或肾上腺素；如有过敏请告知技师。

I understand I may be photographed, filmed, or recorded before, during, and after my service. Any public use of my photos or videos is limited to the consent option I select below.本人理解在服务前、中、后可能被拍照、录像或录音。本人照片或视频的公开使用，仅限于下方所选的授权选项。

I release the Studio from any claim related to this use, including claims of libel or invasion of privacy, and I understand the Studio owns the resulting media.本人免除本工作室因上述使用而产生的任何主张（含诽谤或侵犯隐私），并理解相关影像的著作权归本工作室所有。

In consideration for the services provided by the Studio, I — for myself, my heirs, executors, and representatives — release, discharge, and agree not to sue the Studio for any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or expenses arising from or connected to the services I receive, including any bodily injury, illness, or property damage, to the fullest extent allowed by law.基于本工作室提供的服务，本人（代表本人及本人之继承人、遗嘱执行人与代理人）在法律允许的最大范围内，免除并放弃就所接受服务引起或相关的一切责任、主张、要求、损害或费用（包括人身伤害、疾病或财产损失）向本工作室追责或起诉的权利。
